Craig S. Gustafson Jr, M.D.

Dr. Gustafson has been practicing family medicine in Harvard, MA since 2000, and began his private practice in 2005. He is board certified with the American Academy of Family Physicians and a registered member of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine. Dr. Gustafson received his medical degree in 1995 from Temple University School of Medicine and his BS in Mechanical Engineering in 1983 from Northeastern University.
